Be Inspired Portugal Tours is a registered trademark, proudly operating from Mira, Portugal. We
are officially registered with Turismo de Portugal (RNAAT 920/2025) ensuring that all our tours
meet national standards for safety and quality.

Tours & Services
Every tour is private, so the experience is all about you. Choose from walking tours, boat
adventures, wine tastings, day trips, or even multi-day journeys through Portugal’s most
beautiful spots. Our tours are perfect for everyone – relaxed, safe, and free from high-risk
activities. We welcome small groups, with a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 6, so you
can enjoy a personal, friendly, and unforgettable experience. All tours are private and can be
tailored to suit your interests.

Bookings & Payment
Tours must be reserved in advance by paying a deposit to secure your tour date and can be
paid by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance can be settled before or at the end
of the tour, using cash or card. Prices are listed in Euros (€), and your booking is confirmed
once your deposit has been received and acknowledged.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit,
minus the transaction fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date will result
in the deposit being non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid may be
applied to a re-booking within 12 months from the original tour date, or can be transferred to
another guest. Contact us to make the arrangements.

Itinerary Adjustments
On rare occasions, external factors such as inclement weather or site restrictions may require
changes to your planned itinerary. We will strive to preserve the quality of your experience, and
if cancellation is unavoidable, a full refund will be issued.

Enjoying the Tour Together
To make the most of your experience, we ask guests to arrive a few minutes before the
scheduled start time and follow any guidance from your tour guide for a safe and smooth
journey. While we take care of your safety, we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal
items. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, including items left in vehicles
or at stops, so we recommend keeping your possessions with you throughout the tour.

Your Comfort & Safety
If you have any medical conditions or special requirements, please let us know ahead of time so
we can make your experience as smooth and enjoyable. While everyone participates at their
own pace, your safety and comfort are our priority.

Capturing the Experience
We love capturing moments from our tours. Photos and videos might be used on our website,
social media, or other promotional materials. By participating, you give us permission to share
these memories with others. If you’d prefer not to be featured, just let us know before the tour.

Insurance
For your peace of mind, all our tours are fully insured, so you can relax and enjoy the
experience.
